功能
装在 Railcraft 电力机车上的绑定件，与数字机车中继器配对，把机车暴露为计算机可寻址对象。
绑定流程（见 tooltip.computronics.sensor.desc1/desc2）：
- 潜行时右击机车 → 在机车上安装传感器；
- 潜行时右击中继器 → 与该机车绑定。
传感器自身带 NBT 坐标，WAILA 提示 tooltip.computronics.waila.relay.bound / notbound 显示绑定状态。
错误提示覆盖 5 种情况（zh_CN.lang 的 chat.computronics.sensor.*）：noRelay（坐标处无中继器）、noRelayDetected（该坐标无中继器）、tooFarAway（超出 locomotiveRelayRange）、wrongLoco（只能装在电力机车上）、wrongDim（跨位面）。
