Notes

Cloud Seed Concentrated is one of the cloud seed fluids in Ender IO’s fluid system. The blindness effect causes the player’s vision to go black, preventing them from seeing their surroundings. This is primarily an environmental hazard.

The duration is relatively short (2 seconds), so the effect wears off quickly after leaving the fluid.
