行为
CommandFetherAI 是一个客户端"伪 AI"命令（Fether.java.preInit 仅在 event.getSide().isClient() 注册）。支持两个子命令：
text <prompt>：若numResponsesText < 1报错 “FetherAI is currently unavailable”。ai.getRandomText(prompt)按aiRandomness（0.0–1.0）概率返回随机文案，否则使用prompt.hashCode()作为 seed 返回"伪固定"回答。共 45 条预置文本回复（依commands.fether.fetherai.response.text.num决定）——内容在en_US.lang中，包括 “Hello there!” / “Yes.” / “Maybe.” / “Let’s play rock paper scissors!” 等玩笑短语。mood：返回commands.fether.fetherai.response.mood.<i>随机心绪响应（语言资源中的表情或短句）。
/fetherai 本身会发 commands.fether.fetherai.usage；/fetherai text 不带 prompt 时发 commands.fether.fetherai.failed.noprompt。命令无副作用，每次仅做 addChatMessage 输出。
