基本信息

触发时机	`FMLMissingMappingsEvent` + `preInit` 中 `Loader.isModLoaded("harvestthenether")` 检测
命名空间	`harvestthenether:` ↔ `fether:`

如果环境中未加载 harvestthenether 但 harvestthenether.cfg 存在且 fether.cfg 不存在，自动 FileUtils.moveFile 改名（FetherConfig.init）。
启动时输出 WARN 日志：“Pam’s Harvest the Nether is loaded! Consider removing it, its content is fully contained within Fether.”
Fether.onMissingMapping 监听所有 harvestthenether: 命名缺失映射（BLOCK 与 ITEM）：
