⚠️ 三个 mouseoverpower* 只对红石方块有值；
指向其它方块时返回空串或 0。
命名一致性
7 个 tag 全部以 mouseover 前缀开头 —— 这是 11 个内置 tag 类里
唯一全部带前缀的类。其余类用 world* / player* 等前缀或裸名混用
（见 TagWorld 的裸名 seed / biome）。
与原版 F3 的关系
本类对应原版 F3 调试屏里的「方块」信息区。
⚠️ 本 mod 默认不接管 F3 —— replaceDebug 默认 false，
