MineFactory Reloaded 集成

MFRIntegration（mods/minefactoryreloaded/MFRIntegration.java）为 MineFactory Reloaded 注册 10 个 recipe handler——是 6 个集成中 handler 最多的。

加载判定：Utils.isModLoaded("MineFactoryReloaded")（MFRIntegration.java:15）。
