功能

（设计意图）把「远程库存」的能力赋予物品 —— 制作可携带的远程开箱器。

实现要点

  • 与 RecipeCopyLocation 一样既注册为配方又注册为事件处理器， 但不用单例（每次 new 一个实例注册）。
  • 即本目录 3 条自定义配方中：1 条用 INSTANCE 且注册两次、 1 条用 new 且注册两次、1 条（RecipeInhibitorApply）只注册一次。
