Ender Food

Ender Food is a special food item added by Ender IO that provides unique teleport effects when consumed. It has multiple variants.

Registration

Food Variants

Ender Food supports multiple subtypes (damage values) with different hunger and saturation values. The exact values are driven by the EnderFood enum.

General Properties

• Extends ItemFood
• Each variant has a unique icon
• Custom font renderer used for special tooltip display
• getUnlocalizedName dynamically returns the correct name per damage value

Behavior

• Eating: Consumed as normal food, providing hunger and saturation
• Post-consume effect: Each variant may trigger a unique effect (refer to EnderFood enum definitions for specifics)

Icon Registration

Each damage value maps to a distinct icon registered via EnderIOTab.iconRegister.
